What's included in my plan, and do third-party apps cost extra?

1. Free allowances

Automation: 1,000 executions per month are available free to all ShippyPro users. An execution is a successfully triggered workflow with at least one action completed. It is not the number of labels you generate.
SMS notifications: 5 notifications per month are included after you activate the SMS subscription. The allowance resets at the start of each billing period.
WhatsApp notifications: 100 notifications per month are included after you activate the WhatsApp subscription. The allowance resets at the start of each billing period.
Pickup-point maps: every plan includes 500 free map loads per month for Ship & Collect.

⚠️ Important: SMS and WhatsApp allowances work differently once you go over them:

SMS: if you send more than 5 notifications in a billing period, all notifications are charged, including the first 5.
WhatsApp: if you send more than 100 notifications in a billing period, you only pay from the 101st notification onwards.

2. Features with no extra ShippyPro cost

Email tracking notifications: included in your plan, with no additional add-on needed. See How to set up Email Notifications.
Easy Return form: the return form is free. Check compatibility with your marketplaces and sales channels in the Easy Return guide.
Pickup booking: the Pickups section has no additional ShippyPro cost. See How to schedule a pickup.

⚠️ Important: Your carrier may charge for the pickup service. Agree on those conditions directly with your carrier.

3. Paid ShippyPro add-ons

A paid add-on is a separate subscription for an additional feature or usage. It runs independently from your main ShippyPro plan and can generate separate charges.

Automation: with a paid subscription, you pay for executions beyond the included allowance. See Automation Pricing.
SMS and WhatsApp: paid usage applies beyond the free allowance. WhatsApp is billed per successful notification; SMS is billed per successful segment. See SMS and WhatsApp Notifications Pricing.
Invoice Analysis: a recurring subscription lets you continue analyzing carrier invoices after the free test. See Invoice Analysis Pricing.

4. Third-party apps and plugins

External services such as Zapier, Slack and Twilio, as well as third-party marketplace or Shopify apps, have their own pricing. Any charges come from their providers, not ShippyPro, and are independent of your ShippyPro subscription.

For example, a third-party Shopify pickup-point app may charge according to the plan you choose with that provider. Check the provider's website or app listing before activating it.
