You can get your first analysis immediately:

2. Activate the subscription
Once you tested the tool, you can enable the subscription at €399/month

3. How we calculate the spending amount
Each carrier uses different invoice formats, but we always count the total amount billed by the carrier, excluding any discounts applied. This way you can be sure we only consider what you're actually billed for.
For example, if your FedEx invoice shows €8.000 as total shipping cost with a €1.000 discount, we count €7.000 toward your monthly limit.

The cost breakdown and any additional charges, if available, are correctly extracted.
If the discrepancy analysis fails because no shipments are found in ShippyPro, the invoice is still considered analyzed.

Do I need a subscription to use Invoice Analysis?
Invoice Analysis can be tested without a subscription for 3 invoices for free. If you need to test more, you must enable the subscription.
How can I test Invoice Analysis?
At your first access, you get 3 free invoices to test the tool. After 3 analyzed invoices you need to activate the subscription to continue analyzing.
What happens if invoice processing fails?
If the invoice upload or processing fails (e.g., unsupported format, corrupted file), the invoice is not counted against your usage. You can retry uploading the invoice or contact support for assistance.
What happens if discrepancy analysis fails?
Discrepancy analysis may not work if no matching shipments are found in ShippyPro. Check that the shipments included in the invoice are actually present and correctly recorded in your ShippyPro account.
Important: If the discrepancy analysis fails, the invoice will still be counted in your usage because you can always access the detailed cost breakdown report and extra charges analysis. The comprehensive analysis provides value even without discrepancy detection.
Which carriers are supported?
Currently DHL Express, UPS, BRT, GLS Italy, FedEx, and others will be available soon.
What if I exceed my €50K monthly spending limit?
If you reach the €50,000 carrier spending limit before the end of your billing cycle, you won't be able to analyze additional invoices until your limit resets at the start of the next month.
For businesses that regularly exceed this threshold, we recommend contacting our sales team to discuss higher plans that better fits your volume.
Can I change or cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Subscription settings.
How do I know how many invoices I’ve already analyzed?
You can find the total spending analyzed by clicking on the Premium plan badge at the top of the page.
