Shipment Manifest: it's basically a list of all goods. This document is typically presented to the Carrier outlining the parcels that will be picked up. You need to create it after creating your shipments, here is the guide on how to do it in just a few easy steps.

COD: stands for Cash on Delivery. With ShippyPro you can manage all your COD shipments from Cash on Delivery Manager, more info here.

End of the Day / Close Work Day: these two terms refer to the actual transmission of the created shipment/s to the Carrier. Some Carriers will automatically receive the transmission, for the ones who also have the option of manual upload, select the orders and click on Carriers > Carrier End of the Day / Close Work Day.

ETD: ETD is the acronym for Electronic Trade Documents. On ShippyPro ETD are used for International Shipments documentation, discover here how to employ ETD.

Order ID: refers to your Order Number. Once your order has been shipped, ShippyPro automatically assigns its Order ID. The shipment will then have both our ID and the original one. In case you write us for some issues to check, ShippyPro ID will be preferable.

Picking List: a picking list is a document sent to your warehouse pickers to fulfill a customer order and easier the logistic process. A picking list communicates the items they will need to retrieve from inventory storage, including inventory SKU, quantities and locations, if you'd like to know how to create it on ShippyPro, take a look here.

Drop–off point/s: drop–off point/s allow users to drop the parcel at a local shop rather than having to wait for collection. The parcel will then be collected from the drop-off point by messenger, ShippyPro offers you the possibility to apply them via Live Checkout or API.

Pickup locations: are the locations where the package will be drop-off by the Carriers and where its recipient could pick it up. Learn more here.
