Why aren’t my orders imported into ShippyPro yet?

Here are all the steps to verify that your marketplaces are correctly connected

Have you connected your marketplaces but you still can't see new orders in the To Ship section? 

Don't worry, here all the steps to help you solve this issue! 


Import Frequency

First of all, note that ShippyPro will import orders from your marketplaces with the following frequency:

CDiscount, Amazon, Amazonv2, Magento, Prestashop, Etsy, WooCommerce: 1min

Teamsystem Commerce, BindCommerce, Darty, Mago, Odoo: 6mins

Discogs, ManoMano, Conforama, Auchan, ChannelAdvisor, RueDuCommerce, ePrice: 7mins

OsCommerce, OpenCart, Fnac, New Cart: 9mins

Spartoo, Tictail, Back Market, Wizi Shop, Privalia, Ubaldi: 11mins

Refurbedv2, OnBuy, BigCommerce, BricoPrivé, ShowroomPrivee, TrendyFoods, Sprinter, ConradElectronic, Pixmaniav2, Leclerc, MediaMarktSaturn, RueDuCommercev2, ElCorteInglesv2, Leroy Merlin, Decathlon, Yoox, BOLv2, Holded, Katana, BOL, Pixmania, GoSport, IBS, MaxPho: 13mins

RealDE, KauflandDe, PriceMinister, AliExpress, Worten, Secret Sales, El Corte Ingles, CSCart, Carrefour, Swell, Walmart, EcWid, ShipEdge: 17mins

Note: orders coming from Ebay and Shopify will be imported instantly.

All new orders will be imported in the section To Ship.

 

Remember that ShippyPro only imports unshipped orders

ShippyPro imports only unfulfilled orders. This means that orders that have already been shipped inside your marketplaces won't be imported. 

Note: Certain marketplaces require to select which order statuses will be imported into ShippyPro.

For Magento 2, for example, remember that you need to select at least New and Processing as Statuses for orders to be imported into ShippyPro.

Select all the statuses you'd like to include by pressing on ctrl (Windows) or cmd (iOS) while clicking on the various statuses.

Have you just connected your Marketplaces?

Inside To Ship section you are able to display all your pending orders imported from your stores every 10 minutes.

Note: Orders can be imported from a maximum of 30 days.

In case of problems with the selection of Pending orders in the connection menu, check the quantity of orders to be imported as if too many it may block them.

Is your Marketplace correctly connected?

As soon as you connect your marketplaces to ShippyPro, you'll receive a positive message telling you that the connection has been correctly established. 

You can check if your marketplace has been correctly connected from Marketplaces section

Note: Remember that the green circle under the column Status, it doesn't necessarily mean that the marketplace is connected: it means that the marketplaces is enabled and not disabled.

How to connect your Marketplaces

 

Avoid Special Characters

Make sure that your orders only present digits, nor special characters nor symbols.

Otherwise, these symbols won't allow shipping data to be imported.

This also applies to order IDs, in this case fix Orders IDs from the marketplace
​(e.g. by deleting and avoiding # or other special characters in the order reference number).

 

Order has been already shipped

It may happen even to the best of us, sometimes the order you're looking for has actually been already shipped.

In order to verify that, access Shipping Labels section and try searching for the order(s) missing through our Global Search button.

 

 

Third Party App

Also, if you employ third party plugin (such as m2epro) order's data may not be imported or be imported incorrect.

 

Order status

Make sure to check that the status of the orders to be imported corresponds to actual orders to be imported.

Update the orders already shipped in order not to block unfulfilled orders to be imported.
