❓ How often does ShippyPro import orders from Marketplaces?
Orders are imported automatically, depending on the marketplace:

1 minute: CDiscount, Amazon, Amazonv2, Magento, Prestashop, Etsy, WooCommerce

👉 Note: Orders from eBay and Shopify are imported instantly.
❓ Which orders are imported by ShippyPro?
ShippyPro only imports paid orders that haven’t been shipped yet.
Orders already marked as shipped in the marketplace won’t be imported.
👉 Some marketplaces require you to manually select which order statuses should be imported.
For example, on Magento 2, you must select at least New and Processing to import orders into ShippyPro.
❓ I’ve just connected my marketplaces: why can’t I see my orders yet?
If you connected your marketplaces for the first time, wait at least 10 minutes before pending orders appear in Shipping > To Ship
❓ How can I check if my marketplace is connected correctly?
After connection, you’ll receive a positive confirmation message. You can double-check in the Marketplaces section.
⚠️ Note: The green circle in the “Status” column doesn’t necessarily mean the connection is active — it only means the marketplace is enabled, not disabled.
❓ Can special characters block the import?
Yes. Order IDs must contain only digits.
Characters such as # or symbols will prevent the import. In that case, fix the IDs directly in the marketplace.
❓ What if the order has already been shipped?
In that case, it won’t be imported.
You can verify this by going to Labels Generated and searching with the Global Search tool.
❓ Can third-party plugins cause issues?
Yes. If you use external plugins (e.g., m2epro), order data may be incomplete or incorrect.
❓ What should I check about Order Statuses?
Make sure the selected statuses match only orders that should actually be imported.
Also, update already shipped orders to avoid blocking the import of pending ones.
❓ Why is the import sometimes delayed?
During high order volume periods, imports may take longer than usual.
Payment method acceptance times from marketplaces can also affect import timing.
❓ Do I need to enable Auto-Refresh?
Yes, check that Auto-Refresh toggle is enabled. Otherwise, try refreshing the page manually or turn it on.
❓ I followed all the steps but orders are still not imported — what should I do?
