To contact Support, log into your ShippyPro Account and click on the ‘Help’ button located in the bottom right-hand corner of the platform. A menu will open with several options available to assist you:

Open a ticket: As soon as you send us your request via ticket, you will receive the first answer after a few minutes (also check in Spam).

Chat with us: talk to our team of experts in real time.
2. Where I find my opened tickets
You'll also be able to keep track of all your previous cases at every moment directly from your support tickets history clicking on See your tickets:
You can check them by ID, subject, created, last activity and status:

Open - waiting for a reply from ShippyPro Support Team. You can reply here or via email.

Closed - we've resolved and archived your enquiry
If the ticket is closed, but you want to reopen it, just go to your inbox and reply by e-mail.

❓ I'm having some issues with accessing your support, the chat bubble isn't opening at all.
In this case, try to follow these steps:
