1. How to request support

To access this page you first have to click on the Help button on the bottom left of the black sidebar:


Then digit your topic inside the search bar and, if you can't find the answer you're looking for, click on Contact support:


You can then type in your topic within the search bar at the top, and if you can't find the answer you're looking for, you can click one of two options:

  • Open a ticket with us and receive any update directly on your email inbox and the platform

  • Chat with us to receive assistance via live chat from our Team of experts


2. Where I find my opened tickets 

You'll also be able to keep track of all your previous cases at every moment directly from your support tickets history clicking on Open a ticket > Your Tickets:




You can check them by ID, subject, created, last activity and status:

  • Open - waiting for a reply from ShippyPro Support Team

  • Closed - we've resolved and archived your inquiry


📌 If you want you can also go back to where you left your tickets and add another response. 📝

3. FAQ

I'm having some issues with accessing your support, the chat bubble isn't opening at all.

In this case, try to follow these steps:

  • update the browser to the latest version

  • temporarily disable your antivirus program

  • disable browser extensions you don't use

  • clear your browser's cache
