  • Open a ticket with us and receive any update directly on your email inbox and the platform

  • Reach us on our Live Chat with our Team of experts

  • Book a call to discuss together about your most crucial enquiries, pick a date to schedule a 30 mins call on one of the available dates

You'll also be able to keep track of all your previous cases at every moment directly from your support tickets history:

You can check them by Ticket number, Open date, Closed date, Problem type, Subject and Status:

Here what the different Status displayed mean:

  • New - we received your request, we'll reply you as soon as possible!

  • Open - waiting for a reply from ShippyPro Support Team

  • Pending - we'd need some further details from you

  • On hold - we've asked our tech support for a more technical insight

  • Solved - we managed to resolve your enquiry but it can be opened and updated

  • Closed - we've resolved and archived your enquiry
