Optimizer Exports

Premium Feature

Optimizer Premium allows you to download comprehensive shipment data for in-depth analysis and reporting. Export your data to CSV format for use in spreadsheets, business intelligence tools, or custom analytics workflows.

Export Types

Optimizer offers two export types designed for different monitoring and analysis needs:

1. Processed Shipments

This export includes all shipments with tracking updates indicating an actual transit of the order. Shipments with 1000 Information Received tracking status are excluded. Use this export to:

  • Monitor carrier performance and transit times

  • Identify undelivered shipments and delivery exceptions

  • Track shipments with issues during transit

  • Analyze key events throughout the shipment lifecycle

This export is ideal for operational reporting, carrier KPI analysis, and identifying delivery performance trends.

2. Not Picked Up Shipments

This export includes all shipments with a generated label but no tracking updates except for status code 1000 (Information Received). This status typically indicates that shipment information has been transmitted to the carrier, but the package has not yet entered the carrier's physical network.

This export helps you:

  • Identify shipments not picked up by the carrier

  • Monitor Return Label in the Box labels (return labels included in packages, not yet activated)

  • Detect potential issues before shipments enter transit

  • Track labels that may have been generated but never used

This export is useful for proactive issue detection, warehouse operations monitoring, and ensuring label usage efficiency.

Shipment Identification

Shipment Flags

These boolean fields indicate specific shipment characteristics. Values are True or False.

 

Column Name

IsReturn

Indicates if this is a return shipment (True) or outbound shipment (False).

IsDelivered

Indicates if the shipment was successfully delivered (True) or not (False).

HasException

Indicates if the shipment encountered an exception or issue during transit (True) or completed normally (False).

isPUDO

Indicates if the delivery method was to a Pick-Up/Drop-Off (PUDO) location such as a parcel locker or collection point (True) or direct home delivery (False).

 

Timestamp Information

All timestamp columns are in UTC format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS

Label creation time

Date and time when the shipping label was created

Manifest number

Unique identifier for the carrier manifest that includes this shipment

Manifest date

Date when the shipment was added to a carrier manifest

First in transit status date

Date and time when the shipment first received a 2000 status (In Transit), indicating the parcel has been picked up and is en route

First scan hub status date

Date and time of the first scan at a carrier hub or sorting facility (status codes 2300, 2310, 2320, 2330)

First customer drop off status date

Date and time when the customer dropped off the package at a carrier location (status code 2100)

First available in PUDO status date

Date and time when the shipment first became available for pickup at a PUDO location (status code 3200)

First out for delivery status date

Date and time when the shipment was first marked as out for delivery (status codes 3000 and 3100)

First failed delivery attempt date

Date and time of the first unsuccessful delivery attempt (status code 4000)

First success delivery status date

Date and time when the shipment was successfully delivered (status code 6000)

First is returning status date

Date and time when the shipment entered return-to-sender status (status code 5630)

Last tracking status date

Date and time of the most recent tracking update

Performance Metrics

These columns provide metrics for analyzing carrier performance and delivery efficiency. Transit times exclude Saturdays and Sundays for accurate business-day performance measurement.
