1. Connection steps

Let's connect this Marketplace to instantly import your orders so that you can start shipping more effectively.

  1. Visit the Marketplaces section and click on TikTok Shop.
  2. Once the connection popup has opened you can start the connection by clicking on Connect.
  3. You'll be redirected to TikTok Shop Seller Center. Insert your usual TikTok Shop login details.
  4. Check the User Registration Process
  5. You'll be asked to authorize ShippyPro. Once you have done so, finalize the connection.
  6. If you want, you can also enter a Custom Label to recognize the connection among all the others.

Orders are imported automatically from TikTokShop. Product images and descriptions are imported along with order data. Orders are imported in batches of up to 100 orders per page, for a total of 1000 orders.

Can I connect my TikTokShop account to more than one ShippyPro profile?
Yes, you can use the same TikTokShop access token on multiple ShippyPro profiles if needed.

Can I import the product's weight on ShippyPro?
No, TikTok does not provide product weight and dimensions through their API, so this information cannot be imported automatically.

Will TikTokShop be updated with the Status Shipped and Tracking information?
Yes, when you ship an order through ShippyPro, the tracking number and carrier information are automatically sent to TikTokShop and the order status is updated to "Shipped".
