Why the platform is slow?

The platform sometimes is running slow and you are experiencing connection issues? No worries, follow our suggestions below:

  1. Clean the cache and cookies of your browser from the History section

  2. Update the browser you are using

  3. Change browser

  4. Try with the Incognito mode

  5. Check with your internet provider if there are some slow downs

  6. Update QZ Tray if you are using it

  7. If there are too many orders in To Ship (over 500), delete them

  8. If there are too many orders in Shipping Labels/Shipped you can proceed by archiving them or applying our Cron Jobs, so that your order will be automatically archived according to your preferences.
