Are you trying connecting Amazon v2 but you're facing some issues? Here's how you can fix them case by case:
Summary:
1. Connection issues
Invalid redirect URL received. Validate the redirection URL used. Error Code: MD5101
We advise you to carry out the connection procedure by accessing it from www.shippypro.com/login.html and not from your custom domain.
In case you completed the connection and the orders are still not imported, please delete the current connection and create a new one. It is possible that you didn’t give permissions after the authorization or removed them afterwards.
2. Import issues
Why my Amazon orders aren't imported?
1. First of all, verify that your Amazon Auth Token isn't expired: If it's been a year since you connected Amazon for the first time, your Amazon Auth Token must be renewed! This is a security procedure imposed by Amazon. If it isn't yet expired, you can extend the validity of your security token by going in your Seller Central profile and following these instructions:
-
Login to your Seller Central account
-
Navigate to App and Services > Manage your App
-
Search for ShippyPro on the list and click on Re-Authorized
If this does not help, we recommend to delete your current connection from the Marketplaces section and create a new one with the same credentials:
2. Please ensure that the 'Test Mode' option is not active. Click on the 'Edit' button next to the Amazon logo in the 'Carrier' section and verify that it is disabled. This function could limit the import of orders.
3. If by going to Marketplaces > Amazon > Edit and then click on "Connect Amazon", you see this message:
Authentication error - Message: Access to Orders.ListOrders is denied
it means that the credentials included during connection to ShippyPro are not correct.
Verify your Amazon Seller Central access info and add them again on ShippyPro.
4. Make sure that your Amazon orders only present digits, not special characters or symbols.
Otherwise, these symbols won't allow shipping data to be imported.
In this case, fix Orders IDs from the marketplace.
5. Sometimes the order you're looking for has actually been already shipped.
In order to verify that, access Shipping Labels section and try searching for the order(s) missing through our Global Search button.
6. Check whether your Amazon store from Seller Central is disabled for some reason and if yes, reactivate it.
Why are my Amazon orders getting imported with delay?
The anomaly could be due to a delay in payment confirmation, this is related to the buyer's bank and/or traffic for transaction completion, which is beyond the control of ShippyPro.
