1. Que sont les modèles de notifications WhatsApp ?
Les modèles de notifications WhatsApp sont des messages préapprouvés que ShippyPro envoie à vos clients lorsqu’une expédition atteint un statut de suivi spécifique. WhatsApp permettant aux entreprises d’envoyer des messages aux clients en dehors d’une fenêtre de conversation active uniquement via des modèles approuvés, chaque mise à jour automatique de l’expédition (commande expédiée, livrée, retardée, etc.) est envoyée via l’un de ces modèles.
Informations importantes :
- Non modifiables : le texte est fixe et ne peut pas être modifié, y compris le nom de l’expéditeur.
- Deux versions pour chaque étape de l’expédition : une version avec le bouton Suivre la commande (qui renvoie vers la Tracking Page de ShippyPro) et une version avec un lien textuel que vous pouvez rediriger vers n’importe quelle destination via
custom_link(votre Help Center, une page d’avis, etc.). - Disponibles en 5 langues : English, Italiano, Español, Français, Deutsch. La langue est automatiquement attribuée en fonction du pays du destinataire, ou vous pouvez la définir manuellement dans le workflow. Les 5 langues sont indiquées dans les tableaux ci-dessous.
- Placeholders remplis automatiquement pour chaque expédition : par exemple
to_address_name,transaction_id,tracking_code,carrier_name.
📌 Remarque : vous pouvez sélectionner un modèle dans le workflow editor, dans Notifications > Create new > Workflow (ou depuis un Preset), lorsque vous choisissez le Template pour l’action Send notification.
2. Commande expédiée
Envoyé lorsqu’une expédition quitte votre entrepôt et que l’étiquette est générée.

10. Conseils pour choisir un modèle
- Commencez par Delivered et Out for Delivery : ils couvrent la majorité des demandes d’assistance avec une configuration minimale.
- Utilisez par défaut la version avec le bouton Suivre la commande ; passez à la version avec custom link uniquement lorsque vous disposez d’un lien plus utile vers lequel rediriger le client (portail d’assistance, page d’avis, etc.).
