1. ¿Qué son las plantillas de notificaciones de WhatsApp?
Las plantillas de notificaciones de WhatsApp son mensajes preaprobados que ShippyPro envía a tus clientes cuando un envío alcanza un determinado estado de seguimiento. Como WhatsApp permite a las empresas enviar mensajes a los clientes fuera de una ventana de conversación activa únicamente mediante plantillas aprobadas, cada actualización automática del envío (pedido enviado, entregado, retrasado, etc.) se envía mediante una de estas plantillas.
Información importante:
- No modificables: el texto es fijo y no se puede modificar, incluido el nombre del remitente.
- Dos versiones para cada momento del envío: una versión con el botón Seguir pedido (que dirige a la Tracking Page de ShippyPro) y una versión con un enlace de texto que puedes dirigir a cualquier destino mediante
custom_link(tu Help Center, una página de reseñas, etc.). - Disponibles en 5 idiomas: English, Italiano, Español, Français, Deutsch. El idioma se asigna automáticamente según el país del destinatario, o puedes configurarlo manualmente en el workflow. Los 5 idiomas aparecen en las tablas siguientes.
- Placeholders completados automáticamente para cada envío: por ejemplo
to_address_name,transaction_id,tracking_code,carrier_name.
📌 Nota: puedes seleccionar una plantilla dentro del workflow editor, en Notifications > Create new > Workflow (o desde un Preset), cuando elijas el Template para la acción Send notification.
2. Pedido enviado
Se envía cuando un envío sale de tu almacén y se genera la etiqueta.
