Learn how My Documents section works
The "My Documents" section consolidates the previous "My Manifests," "Picking List," and "Invoice Manager" into one centralized hub, making it easier to retrieve, filter, and manage all your shipping documents in one place.
This guide will walk you through how to access, use, and manage your documents in this new section.
1. Where to Find "My Documents"
To access the "My Documents" section:
- Log in to your ShippyPro account.
- In the left-hand menu, click on "My Documents" under the Label Creator section.
- You will see three tabs:
- Manifests
- Picking Lists
- Customs Documents
What’s New?
- All documents are stored in one place: No more switching between different sections!
- Improved tracking & organization: Each document is listed separately, ensuring a clear history of all actions.
- Better search & filtering: Quickly find what you need with improved filters and search options.
2. Manifests & Picking Lists
What's Different from the Old Version?
- Each manifest and picking list is listed separately, even if the same orders were selected multiple times. Previously, repeated selections would overwrite the previous manifest, which could cause confusion.
- Manifests: You can now see the parcels count for each manifest directly in the table.
- Picking lists: A "Type" column indicates whether a picking list was generated from the "Ready to Ship" or "Shipped" table.
How to Use It
✔️ Filter & Search:
- Use the Carrier and Date filters to find specific documents.
- Use the search bar to look up documents by any field.
✔️ Manage Documents:
- Click the Download button to retrieve a document.
- Click the Delete button to remove a document.

3. Customs Documents (Invoices & ETD Documents)
This section includes Invoices generated in ShippyPro and ETD (Electronic Trade Documents) uploaded for customs clearance:
- A "Paperless" tag is displayed for ETDs that are digitally transmitted.
- Each document now shows the Transaction ID of the associated order.
- Once an order is shipped, a checkmark appears next to the paperless tag to indicate successful digital transmission.
- The filters allow you to search by Marketplace, Date, and Paperless status.
- Exporting Documents: The "Export Excel" option is available only for invoices generated within ShippyPro.
How to Upload ETD Documents:
ETD document uploads are now managed only through the Orders page. You have 2 options:
