4. Troubleshooting

Why is the average shipping cost displayed as €0,00 or close to €0,00?

If you see the Shipping Cost equal to 0, you can enable it depending on how you generate labels:

  • You generate labels via API - We retrieve the cost from the ShipmentCost parameter in the Ship API. To ensure you select the best carrier rate, you can our GetRates API before the Ship call
  • You generate labels via Platform - Make sure you correctly configured the Carrier price lists. Discover how to set Carrier rates

Why are the number of shipments fewer than expected?

In Optimizer, we calculate KPIs based solely on processed shipments. This means we include any shipments that were picked up by the Carrier and actively in transit.
We made this decision to ensure the accuracy of shipping data for analysis, focusing only on the actual number of processed shipments. Read more details on how we calculate KPIs.

How can I visualize the Performance KPIs (Early, on-time and late shipments)?

If your dashboard shows no value, you can configure your transit days by Area or Country in the Optimizer settings
