4. Troubleshooting
Why is the average shipping cost displayed as €0,00 or close to €0,00?
Optimizer automatically retrieves your shipment costs. To display them, make sure the Data Enrichment toggle is enabled in Optimizer → Settings.
If the average shipping cost is displayed as 0, check if:
-
Carrier price lists are configured correctly
-
Weight ranges are correct and cover all possible shipment weights
-
Zones are configured to cover all destinations
-
For API users (Ship or PutShippedOrders): the ServiceName sent in the request matches the values ShippyPro expects. You can find the valid values per carrier here: www.shippypro.com/panel/apikeys.html
Why are the number of shipments fewer than expected?
In Optimizer, we calculate KPIs based solely on processed shipments. This means we include any shipments that were picked up by the Carrier and actively in transit.
We made this decision to ensure the accuracy of shipping data for analysis, focusing only on the actual number of processed shipments.
How can I visualize the Performance KPIs (Early, on-time and late shipments)?
If your dashboard shows no value, you can configure your transit days by Area or Country in the Optimizer settings
