How to fix SpringXBS errors

Have you correctly connected SpringXBS but you're facing some issue during label creation?

Here's how you can fix them case by case:

 

To quickly correct your SpringXBS orders/shipments and resolve errors, follow these steps:
  1. Switch to the new interface:
    New experience
  2. Go to the Orders section > Errors in the ShippyPro platform. Here, you will find a list of orders that have encountered errors and require your attention.
  3. Identify the type of error in the Error Type column and review the Error Message for specific details.
  4. Click on the "How to Fix?" button next to the error message to view a suggested solution.
  5. Correct the error by clicking on the wrench icon to open the Order form, and then modify any incorrect or missing fields.

Delivery temporarily suspended due to COVID-19

The shipment can't be elaborated due to COVID-19 emergency.

 

Invalid Consignee ZIP-code

Zip Code field is not correctly filled, verify it by clicking on Fix Order.

 

Consignee ZIP-code required

Zip Code field is a mandatory field and it hasn't been filled, verify it by clicking on Fix Order.

 

This Shipper Reference already exists

Carrier's Server has already registered a shipment with that Order Reference and it won't accept a new transmission with an identical one.

 

Unsupported destination country

This error means that the Country of destination is not served by the Carrier.

In case you are getting this error specifically when trying to ship to United Arab Emirates (AE), please select a different service, as it’s not possible to ship to this country with service PPTT (PostNL Packet Tracked).

 

Can not create new tracking number - barcode range is out

If you face this error it means your barcode range is over, contact the Carrier to restore it.

 

"Error": "Parcels limit exceeded. Current limit is 200 parcels per 7 day(s)"

This error, as you can imagine, indicates that the limit of 200 Parcels per 7 days has been exceeded.

 

Spring Clear not allowed (or not available)

  • If you encounter the error when shipping to the UK, to use the Spring Clear option you must activate the 'Allow DDP' option on your Spring account, without which you cannot ship. Please contact your Spring sales representative.

  • If you encounter the error when shipping with incoterm other than DDP to another extra EU destination (but not the UK), check whether you have activated the option "Use DDP as default incoterm" in the courier connection modal, then try to deactivate it and process the shipment again:

 

Code: 100123; Message: Financial order limit,please contact sales or administrator

Please, check with your Spring commercial representative if you terminated your order allowance.

 

Can not get barcode because of locked process 

The error might be related to a carrier server error, we suggest waiting and trying again later rielaborating the shipment.

 

Invalid Consignee State

Check the State/Province field and make sure to insert the correct ISO Code abbreviation

 

Access Denied

The error indicates that there is an issue with your credentials.

 

Invalid Service: PPTR

The chosen service, PostNL Packet Registered, is not available for shipment to this destination. Please contact your Spring contact person for guidance on which service to use.

 

There was a problem obtaining courier number: Invalid zipcode "X" or city name "Y". Please check "carrier_city" table.; destination_address.city, destination_address.zip

The destination City - Zipcode combination is not valid for the Courier. Please check this data again and correct your shipment. If the error persists, check with the Courier for the correct combination.
