How to connect Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to ShippyPro
Updated over a week ago

Let's see how you can connect Fulfillment by Amazon to ShippyPro in just few steps. 🔍

Summary

1. Before you start

⚠️ In order to keep shipping your orders with FBA due to the new Amazon API release, you should disconnect your Fulfillment by Amazon connection from Carriers page and connect Fulfillment by Amazon v2 using your own Amazon credentials.

2. Connection steps

  1. Select your Seller Central Region and your Seller Central Country

  2. Connect your Amazon account

  3. Include your Seller ID and MWS Authorization Code (Auth Token).

Don't you know where to find it? Take a look here for Amazon Europe, and here for Amazon North America.

📌 Kindly note that FBA is not supported from Japan, South Africa, India, Australia and Singapore.

Once you'll receive an order which is not from Amazon you'll be able to ship it through Amazon Carrier from Amazon Logistic.

For this reason all the SKUs need to be edited and the label not printed, in fact you need to send Amazon the info to ship that order, Amazon will do the rest.

📌 Note: you need that the stock of the product is available inside your Amazon Store or the rate won't be shown.

📌 To ship via FBA, orders' SKUs must be the same as the ones uploaded on your own Seller Central.

Finally, select Send Email Notification to allow tracking updates:

If you want, you can also enter a Custom Label to recognize the connection among all the others.

3. Troubleshooting & Errors

📌 Why I can't display my Amazon FBA tracking?

As per Amazon FBA settings, the tracking code is not provided for your shipments with this service.

📌 FBAv2: - Error in getting FulfillmentPreviewOrder response
If you are getting this error, please check your FBA inventory through Seller Central. You need to have FBA inventory for your SKUs.
For further information and assistance you can contact the customer support of FBA.

📌 The request has an invalid grant parameter : refresh_token. User may have revoked or didn't grant the permission

The Amazon Auth Token has expired. In this case you can correct the issue by deleting your current connection and creating a new one with the same credentials. In case it is not yet expired you can extend its validity by going in your Seller Central profile, then in the "Manage your Apps" section and click on the link that says "Extend validity".
