How to fix Colissimo errors

FAQ: Troubleshooting Colissimo errors

How can I quickly correct Colissimo order errors?
Follow these steps in the new ShippyPro interface:

  1. Go to Orders > Errors to see orders requiring attention.

  2. Check the Error Type column and read the error message for details.

  3. Click How to Fix? to see the suggested solution.

  4. Use the wrench icon to open the order form and correct missing or incorrect fields.

Error: “Identifiant ou mot de passe incorrect”
Your Colissimo connection password is incorrect.

How to fix:

  • Check your password in the Colissimo connection module.

  • Make sure there are no extra spaces.


Error: “30047 Le téléphone de l'expéditeur est incorrect”
The sender’s phone number is invalid or missing.

👉 Correct it by clicking Fix Order.


Error: “L'association ville et code postal est incorrecte”
The combination of city and ZIP code is invalid.

👉 Verify and correct both fields by clicking Fix Order.


Error: “Le nom du destinataire n'a pas été transmis”
The recipient’s name was not sent.

Try to:

  • Enter the recipient’s name in the Company field.

  • Move information from Address 1 to Address 2.


Error: “Le poids total des articles est supérieur au poids du colis”
The total weight of items exceeds the declared parcel weight.

👉 Check both Parcel Weight and CN22 declaration.


Error: “Les options ne permettent pas d'effectuer un étiquetage”
The selected options are not compatible with the shipment.

How to fix:

  • Go to Carriers > Colissimo > Edit.

  • Select or unselect With signature.

  • Verify the combination of country, options, and product code.

👉 Example: some EU countries only accept shipments with signature.


Error: “Le montant total des frais de transport n’a pas été transmis”
Shipping costs must be different from 0.


Error: “L'option valeur assurée est incorrecte”
For insured or international shipments, signature delivery is mandatory.

👉 Enable With signature in Carriers > Colissimo > Edit.


Error: “30223 Le courriel du destinataire est incorrect”
The recipient’s email address is invalid.

👉 Remove any spaces from the email field.


Error: “30109 Le pays ou code postal expéditeur ne permet pas d’effectuer un envoi”
The sender’s address must be in France to generate a valid Colissimo label.


Error: “Cannot book pickup”
Pickup booking is available only for return shipments.

Possible causes:

  • The orderIds field is missing or not selected in Label Creator > Pickup Manager.

  • The order is not a return (check that the tracking starts with 8R).


Error: “No orders found”
The orderIds field contains an incorrect value.

👉 Enter the correct ShippyPro order ID (equivalent to selecting the order in Pickup Manager).


Error: “Cannot book pickup: Le produit retour n'est pas déposable en boite à lettres”
The package cannot be deposited in a mailbox.

How to fix:

  • Change the parcel dimensions in the Ship call.

  • Verify that it is a return shipment (tracking must start with 8R).


Error: “Cannot book pickup: Colis inexistant”
The order reference does not match a return shipment.

👉 Check that the tracking starts with 8R.


Error: “Cannot book pickup: L'email de l'expéditeur n'a pas été transmis”
The sender’s email field is missing.


Error: “30312 Les options ne permettent pas d'effectuer un étiquetage”
The selected service requires signature delivery.

👉 Only Switzerland and Belgium accept shipments without a signature.


Error: “30011 Votre compte semble être bloqué”
Your Colissimo account is blocked.

👉 Contact your Colissimo representative to unlock it.
