Connecting eBay to your account requires only a few steps:
Let's see how! 🔍
⚠️ Please remind that you can have just one connection per profile. Which is to say, if you already connected your eBay account to a ShippyPro profile, you won't be able to connect it to a different one at the same time.
First of all, click on Marketplaces from your ShippyPro profile and click on the eBay logo.
Click on Link my account: eBay to start the connection.
You'll be then redirected to the eBay Login Page. Here add your credentials.
By clicking on To Ship, all your unfulfilled orders will be imported and you will be ready to start with ShippyPro!
📌What can I do once I connected eBay?
By clicking on Edit from Marketplaces section you'll have some different options that will help you personalize eBay use on ShippyPro:
Update my eBay profile with shipped orders tracking numbers and mark as shipped
Enabling this option all your orders will be automatically updated with shipment info.
Import bank transfer orders
ShippyPro imports all your paid orders, by selecting this option also Bank Transfer Orders + not paid yet orders will be imported together with the others.
Also, if you have multiple eBay accounts connected for example, you can decide to add a Custom Label to recognize them.
💡Are you facing some issues with eBay orders importation? Take a look at our eBay Importer!
📌 Make sure that your eBay orders only present digits, nor special characters nor symbols.
Otherwise, these symbols won't allow shipping data to be imported.
In this case, fix Orders IDs from the marketplace.
📝 eBay does not transmit the cancellation of an order via API. Therefore, ShippyPro won't receive the information regarding the order cancelled.
💡 By default we'll import eBay OrderID, if this is missing the item ID (OrderLineItemID) will be imported instead.
Why my orders have been imported without product images?
Discover why your orders have been imported with the wrong image by taking a look at the guide linked below:
Why do I see the wrong image for my items?
In case you have different products, you'd need that each product has a different SKU: otherwise in case of repeated SKUs and different image, only the first image will be displayed for each one.
To sum up, just remind to follow this super understandable rule:
1 SKU = 1 Image
