Your customers will receive their return label by email. How it is sent to them depends on how you set your return rule:
- If the return request approval is automatic, ShippyPro sends the Return Label of your carriers by email with return instructions.
- If the return request approval is manual, ShippyPro sends the Return Label of your carriers by mail with return instructions only once the return request is approved.
