GetRates - Carrier Selection

Allows you to obtain and select carriers and shipping services with multiple modes:

  • BYDOC: Uses the carrier specified in the SAP document
  • BYDOC_SHSVC_AUTO: Automatically selects the shipping service
  • FULL_AUTO: Automatically selects the best carrier and service based on shipment details

Ship - Shipment Creation

Sends shipments to ShippyPro, including details such as addresses, merchandise value, and package dimensions. Allows downloading of shipping labels (AWB).

Address Management

Addresses include complete information such as street, house number, city, province code, country code, phone, and email. The recipient's address is automatically detected from the document, while the sender's address comes from the origin warehouse.

Package Configuration

Supports two modes for specifying packages:

  • Fixed measurements and weight
  • Defined directly in SAP

Label (AWB) Management

Downloads shipping labels in PDF or ZPL format. Label customization is possible through ShippyPro.

Merchandise Value

Calculated as net unit value multiplied by quantity, excluding discounts.

GetTracking - Tracking Information

Retrieves shipment tracking information, integrating native SAP documents with the addition of specific fields such as tracking code and carrier URLs.

How It Works

The connector facilitates integration between SAP and ShippyPro, optimizing shipment management and traceability:

  1. Document Identification: Automatically identifies Sales Invoices (OINV) or Delivery Notes (ODLN) that need shipment
  2. Data Collection: Extracts shipping information from SAP (addresses, items, weights, documents)
  3. Carrier Selection: Selects carrier using BYDOC, BYDOC_SHSVC_AUTO, or FULL_AUTO mode
  4. Shipment Creation: Sends data to ShippyPro to create the shipment with merchandise value and package details
  5. Paperless Upload: Uploads digital documents (ETD) if enabled
