Summary:
1. Before you start
After you have started your contract with Glovo and you have received your Client ID and Client Secret, get in contact with your sales advisor to request the activation of API on your credentials.
2. Connection steps
Now that you have all the information you can proceed with connecting your account:

Go to Carriers > Glovo Logo

Insert your Client ID and Client Secret

Enable the Test Mode if you'd like to make some test shipments. Please keep in mind that this option should be flagged only if you have test credentials, not production credentials!
If you want, you can also enter a Custom Label to recognize the connection among all the others.
📌 Note on the Glovo service:
No specific service is applied in the shipping request and no label is created, as it is not required for this type of service, which is Final Mile.
When you request the carrier's pickup, a unique identification code per parcel is automatically generated that will allow the driver to identify which parcel to pick up once it arrives at the pick-up point.
