      How to connect Holded to ShippyPro

      Connecting Holded to ShippyPro is actually super easy.

      1. Before you start

       

      You have to retrieve the API Key from your Holded account following the path Profile > Configuration > Integration > Developers

      1. From the Dashboard, click on Configuration

      2. Select Developers

      3. Click on New API Key

      4. Name the API key to be able to easily find it

      2. Connection steps

       

      As for the other marketplaces, click on Marketplaces from your ShippyPro profile and then on the Holded logo.
      ​

      Then add your API Key:

       

       

      Click on Update my Holded profile with shipped orders tracking numbers and mark as shipped to update your marketplace with tracking information and mark the order as shipped.

       

      If you want, you can also enter a Custom Label to recognize the connection among all the others.

      3. Specific requirements

       

      1. When an order doesn't have a customer associate it can't be imported on ShippyPro;

      2. When a buyer doesn't have a countryCode associate it can't be imported on ShippyPro.
