How to Connect ManoMano to ShippyPro

1. Before you start

Retrieve your API key and Seller Contract ID.

 

You can obtain the API key following these steps:
  1. Go to the ManoMano Toolbox page and navigate to Settings > API Keys.
  2. Create a new API key by following the steps outlined in the "create a new API key" procedure.
 

The API key is displayed only once, so it is essential to copy and save it right away.

 
Once you have created your API key, you can locate your Seller Contract ID in the backoffice. It will be prominently displayed in the upper right corner of your ManoMano backoffice interface.

2. Connection steps

Copy and paste then your data into your ShippyPro account > Marketplaces clicking on ManoMano logo.

 

Note: API credentials are not your regular credentials you use to log into ManoMano account!

 

Note: your orders will remain in the To Ship section up to 7 days.

 

If you want, you can also enter a Custom Label to recognize the connection among all the others.

3. Troubleshooting & Errors

"Incorrect login or password"

Re-check the API credentials if they're correctly inserted and make sure they don't contain any spaces.

In case they do, please contact your ManoMano Sales Person to provide you with a new set of credentials.


Why images are not imported from ManoMano?

If your product images aren't imported inside ShippyPro, it's because of a ManoMano setting. In fact, they're not enabled to send items' images.
