Connecting ODOO to ShippyPro is actually super easy. Let's see how!
ShippyPro supports Odoo versions from 8 to 16.
Summary:
1. Before you start
Retrieve: Host (IP address or address store containing https://), Database Name, Database Username, Database Password and Section ID, that is to indicate the status of your orders to import, and then copy and paste your data in your ShippyPro account > Marketplaces clicking on ODOO logo:

After that, you should be able to import into ShippyPro all the orders in the status you indicated.
In case you would also like to configure the tracking updates on your ODOO store, please note that you need to acquire an annual Plan subscription to ShippyPro as this modification will require the support of our IT team.
Once you purchase the Annual plan, you can contact our Support Team from your Support Panel and communicate to us the Odoo's fields where to add the following information:
CarrierName
Tracking Number and
TrackingUrl (from sale.order, not stock.picking!)
If you don’t have those 3 data, you can create them on ODOO.
Don't you know where to find your Section ID (order status)?
You can find the Section ID you'd like to use inside sale.order.section.

3. Troubleshooting & Errors

Odoo versions 8-9-10 in the section ID Field of the modal have to insert their Section_ID, while Odoo versions 11-12-13 have to insert their Team_ID

In case your order's dimensions are 0x0x0, or even if not all dimensions are included, they won't be uploaded on ShippyPro.

In case you're having issues with the correct order importation, please verify that your credentials are correctly inserted in the module, and also check if you have active the double authentication. If yes, please disable it and the missing orders should be imported in about 10 mins.

ShippyPro does not import orders if they're older than 7 days.
