Why can't I see my DHL Express rates?

Are you trying to create your shipment for DHL Express but you can't display rates?

Try to follow the steps below:

• Access Carriers > Connection > Edit

• Check whether your DHL Express Account Number is correct

Or

• Select Economy or Express service from the menu instead of All Services:

Done! This way you should be able to select your Carrier's rate again. 🎈
