The Reactive Search Bar in ShippyPro helps you quickly find orders on the platform, no matter their status. Located at the top of the page, the search bar is always accessible, allowing you to search for orders across all stages: "Ready to Ship," "Shipped," "Errors," "Archived," and "Deleted."
📌 The search bar is specifically designed to locate individual orders based on the information you provide and will not filter the page to show all the orders matching the search (please use the search bars of each dashboard for that).
1. How the Reactive Search Bar Works
When you enter information into the search bar, a dropdown menu will display all matching orders. You can then select an order from the list to view its details on the "Order Details" page:
Search Criteria
Here are the types of information you can use to find an order:

ShippyPro Order ID - Exact Match: Enter the exact order code of the order you want to find.

Transaction ID - Exact Match: Enter the exact transaction ID to locate the order.

Tracking Number - Exact Match: Enter the exact tracking number associated with the order.

Recipient Address - Exact Match: Type the exact street name of the recipient’s address.

Recipient Phone Number - Exact Match: Enter the full phone number of the recipient.

Recipient Full Name - Partial Match: You can enter part of the recipient’s name, and all matching orders will be displayed.

Recipient Email Address - Partial Match: Enter part of the recipient's email address to locate the order.
Tips for Using the Search Bar

Be Precise: For fields needing an exact match, please make sure you type the full and correct information.

Partial Searches: For recipient names and email addresses, you can type part of the information to pull up potential matches.

Don’t use multiple search criteria: don’t mix multiple criteria (i.e name and phone number) in the same search
