How to Share Feedback on ShippyPro
Our platform is constantly evolving, and your perspective is invaluable to us. Whether you have ideas about new filters, document customization, Automation flows, or any other feature — we're here to listen!
The "Share your feedback" button
Go to the Home section of your account, accessible from the left-side navigation menu.
In the bottom-left corner, you'll find a blue banner saying "Help us improve ShippyPro!": click on "Share your feedback" to open the dedicated form.

Fill in the form with all the details you think are relevant: the more information you provide, the easier it will be for us to properly analyze and evaluate your request.
Your feedback will be sent directly to the Product team, who will review it and prioritize it according to their roadmap.
