How to connect Yurtici Kargo to ShippyPro

 Yurtici Kargo ("Soz Verdigimiz Gibi") is a Turkish domestic parcel carrier. The connector supports Turkey-only shipments and offers both outbound and return label capabilities. ✨

1. Before you start

To proceed with the connection, you will need the credentials provided by Yurtici Kargo:

  • Username and Password for the SOAP service
  • Customer ID — your KOPS sender customer ID
  • Customer Project ID — used for tracking code generation
  • Sender Address ID — your carrier-registered pickup address (required for outbound shipments)

Please contact Yurtici Kargo to obtain these details before proceeding with the setup on ShippyPro.

2. Connection steps

Go to the Carriers section and select the Yurtici Kargo logo. You can find it quickly by typing "Yurtici" in the search bar. Once located, click to connect the carrier and fill in the required fields:

  • Username: Your carrier-issued SOAP service username.

  • Password: Your carrier-issued SOAP service password.

  • Customer ID: Your KOPS sender customer ID, used for outbound shipments and tracking.

  • Customer Project ID: Used in tracking code generation.

  • Sender Address ID: Your carrier-registered pickup address (kopsSenderAddressId). Required for outbound shipments — the connection will not work for outbound without it. Not needed for return shipments.

  • Shipping range: Serial number range for tracking code generation. Auto-filled 1–9999999.

  • Label Type: Choose between:

    • PDF A6
    • ZPL 100x100 203dpi

  • Service Type: Standard (the only available service).

  • Test Mode: Enable this to switch to the carrier's sandbox environment for testing purposes.

Insurance

The connector does not send any declared value. Yurtici Kargo covers parcels up to 20,000 TRY by default.

 

Destination Cities

The destination city must match one of the 81 Turkish cities supported by Yurtici Kargo. Turkish diacritics are normalised automatically. Unrecognised cities will return an error before the request is sent.

4. Errors & Resolutions

During the connection attempt or while shipping your orders, you may encounter some errors. Don't worry!

Outbound shipment fails without error on Sender Address ID

Outbound shipments require the Sender Address ID field to be filled in. This field is optional at form level to maintain compatibility with legacy configurations, but outbound shipments will fail if it is missing. Make sure it is always populated.

City not recognised

The destination city must exactly match one of the 81 supported Turkish cities. If the city is not recognised, the shipment will return an error before being sent to the carrier. Double-check the spelling and remove any unsupported characters.

Connection timeout

If your integration times out when connecting to the carrier, make sure your SOAP client is pointing to the https endpoint. The carrier only serves SOAP over https — connections attempted over http will time out.
