1. What is iF returns?
It’s a Return Management Solution through which brands can improve their Customers’ return experience, reduce refunds and reduce costs.
iF return’s platform enables to incentivize exchanges, gift-cards and new sales during the returns process and to optimize operational costs with routing workflows and connection to carriers and omnichannel stores.
You can customize your return policy and experience with their rules engine based on geographical, client, product, pricing and operational variables.

3. How to connect iF returns to ShippyPro
- Ask to ShippyPro Sales Team to enable API Suite into your ShippyPro Account: Ship API will be needed, BookPickUp API is optional depending on your return flow agreed with iF returns
- Then create the APIKEY and share it with iF returns directly (available in your API menu)
- Also share CarrierID, CarrierName, CarrierService and CarrierLabel of each of your Carriers through which you want to create Return Labels (all available in your API menu)
