How to connect ELTA Courier to ShippyPro

1. Before you start

To set up ELTA Courier, you need to have an active ELTA Courier account with API access. If you don't have API credentials yet, please contact your ELTA Courier point of contact to request access.

ELTA Courier covers domestic shipments within Greece and international shipments to Cyprus only.

2. Carrier's configuration

Follow these steps to connect ELTA Courier to your ShippyPro account:

1. Log in to your ShippyPro account
2. Navigate to Connections > Carriers
3. Scroll down and click on the ELTA Courier logo
4. A connection modal will appear. Fill in the required fields:
   • Customer Code: Enter your ELTA Customer Code (provided by ELTA)
   • Customer User: Enter your ELTA User code (provided by ELTA)
   • Customer Password: Enter your ELTA password (provided by ELTA)
   • PEL Sub Code: Optional — only fill in if ELTA assigned you a sub-account code
   • Service: Select your delivery service (see available services below)
5. Click Save to establish the connection

ShippyPro will automatically validate your credentials. If successful, ELTA Courier will appear as an active carrier in your account.

Multiparcel Shipments

ELTA Courier supports sending multiple parcels in a single shipment. The first parcel becomes the master shipment, and each additional parcel receives its own individual label and tracking number, while all pieces remain linked under the same shipment.

PickUp/DropOff (PUDO)

ELTA Courier provides access to their network of pickup points across Greece. When using the PUDO service, you'll need to select a specific drop-off point for the delivery.

Book/Schedule Pickup

You can book a standalone pickup with ELTA Courier. Please note that ELTA does not accept pickup requests scheduled for weekend dates.

Carrier Options

Label Format

ELTA Courier only supports PDF A6 label format. Make sure your label printer is compatible with this format.

4. Troubleshooting & Errors

❓ Why is my authentication failing?

A: Double-check that you have entered all credentials correctly:

• Customer Code
• Customer User
• Customer Password

All three fields are required. If you continue to experience issues, contact ELTA Courier support for verification of your API access.

❓ Can I schedule a pickup on weekends?

A: No, ELTA Courier does not accept pickup requests for weekend dates. Please schedule your pickup for a weekday.

❓ How do I deliver to a pickup point?

A: Select the PUDO (Pickup Point) service when creating your shipment, then choose the specific drop-off point from ELTA's network of pickup locations across Greece.
