1. Before you start

 

To connect DPD Portugal, you need to first ask your DPD Portugal Sales Person for credentials such as:

  • Account Number

  • Username

  • Password

 

2. Connection steps

 

Then you can insert the credentials on the Carriers page by clicking on the DPD Portugal logo.

3. Supported services

 

For DPD Portugal, services are assigned based on your Account Number. Please contact your DPD Portugal Sales Person for details about the services available for your account.

 

4. Additional options

 

Besides your credentials, you'll also see some further options. Let's take a look at them!

  • Label Type: Gives you the possibility to choose the correct label format for your printer:

    • ZPL

    • PDF A6

  • Test Mode: Lets you make some test shipments.

    • The "Test Mode" option should be flagged only if you have test credentials, not production ones!

  • Custom Label: If you want, you can also enter a Custom Label to recognize the connection among all the others.

 

5. Troubleshooting & Errors

 

Internal Server Error

Check if your DPD Portugal connection is in Test Mode.


Invalid Credentials

Ensure that you’ve entered the correct Account Number, Username, and Password provided by DPD Portugal.

Verify if the credentials are production-ready or test credentials and set Test Mode accordingly.
