WARNING: There is no Test Endpoint (Test Mode), but if the carrier has provided you with test credentials, you can use them on the production endpoint. Make sure to replace them with production credentials once the carrier has activated the production Token.
5. Troubleshooting & Errors
Internal Server Error
The Dachser server is currently unavailable. Please try generating the labels again in a few minutes.
Terms: are incorrect (invalid or not assigned)
The Term of Service you selected in the carrier configuration is not valid for your shipment. Go to Carriers click edit on your Dachser connection and change Terms of service option.
If you are connecting the carrier for the first time and receive the error "Unable to validate credentials with the carrier," verify that the API Token entered is correct and that it has been activated by the carrier. A correct but inactive API Token will return a credentials error.
If, during your initial shipments, you encounter the error "An error occurred while processing the request. Please try again later," check with your contact to ensure that the API Token is active in production (not just in test mode). The carrier typically activates test mode first for preliminary testing before switching the Token to production mode.
NB: The Phone Number field entered in the shipment is currently not transmitted to the courier
