1. Before you start

 

To connect Cycleon, you need to first ask your Cycleon Sales Person for the following credentials:

  • Username

  • Password

  • Client ID

 

2. Connection steps

 

Once you have your credentials, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Carriers page in ShippyPro.

  2. Click on the Cycleon logo.

  3. Enter the credentials in the respective fields:

    • Username

    • Password

    • Client ID

  4. Additionally, you need the following unique identifiers:

    • Frontend: A unique internal flow ID assigned by Cycleon.

    • Parcel Type: A unique internal product ID assigned by Cycleon.

  5. Save the information to complete the connection.

 

3. Additional options

 

Besides your credentials, you'll also see some further options. Let's take a look at them!

  • Items Brand: Specify the brand associated with the items being shipped.

  • Items Type: Indicate the type of items being returned or shipped.

4. Troubleshooting & Errors

 

Internal Server Error

Check if your Cycleon connection is correctly configured. Ensure that all fields, including Frontend and Parcel Type, are filled in accurately.


Invalid Credentials

Double-check your Username, Password, and Client ID with your Cycleon contact.


Missing Data

Ensure that both Frontend and Parcel Type are provided, as these are mandatory fields for the connection to work.
