      How to connect CTT v2

      1. Before you start

      To connect the carrier, you need to first ask your CTT Sales Person for credentials such as

      Center code

      Client ID

      Client Secret

      🔁 Do you already have an active CTT connection and want to switch to CTTv2?

      If you already have CTT credentials and wish to create a new connection with the CTTv2 version, you’ll need to request new credentials specifically for this integration.

      2. Carrier's Configuration

      You can now go in the Carriers page and click on the CTT v2 logo.
      Then you can fill the required fields:

      Center code

      Client ID

      Client Secret

      Service

      Label Type

      Besides your credentials, you'll also see some further options, let's take a look at them!

      Test Mode lets you make some test shipments.

      The "Test Mode" option should be flagged only if you have test credentials, not production ones!

      If you want, you can also enter a Custom Label to recognize the connection among all the others.
