4. Troubleshooting & Errors
❓Why do my Canary Islands shipments require customs data?
A: Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are Spanish special territories with different customs regulations. Shipments from mainland Spain to these territories (and vice versa) require customs declaration, similar to international shipments.
❓What is the maximum number of packages per shipment?
A: It depends on the service you're using:
- Domestic services (Paq Premium, Paq Estándar, Paq Today): Up to 10 packages
- International and specialized services (Paq Frío, Paq Farma, Paq Azul): 1 package only
❓My Cash on Delivery shipments are failing. What should I check?
A: Make sure you have configured your IBAN Number in the carrier settings. COD functionality requires a valid IBAN to be set up for payment remittance.
