How to connect DPD CZ v2 to ShippyPro

1. Before you start

Before you start, ensure to have the account credentials on hand in order to start connecting this new carrier. What you need is: API Key, Customer Number and Sender Address ID. In case you do not know your credentials, ask to your DPD CZ account manager.

 

2. Connection steps

Please follow these steps:

  • Navigate to Carriers and click on DPD CZ Logo (simply type "DPD CZ v2" on the search bar to spot it in one sec)

  • Enter your API Key, Customer Number and Sender Address ID

    • ❗❗ Be sure to avoid inserting spaces when you copy and paste, otherwise you will see the error "Invalid Credentials"

  • Choose your preferred Service

  • Choose your preferred Label Type

 

3. Additional Options

🧪 Test Mode

Enable the Test Mode if you'd like to make some test shipments. Please keep in mind that this option should be flagged only if you have test credentials, not production credentials!

 

4. Troubleshooting & Errors

To check: Server error. `POST https://geoapi.dpd.cz/v1/shipments` resulted in a `500 Internal Server Error` response: {"code":"UnexpectedShipmentServiceError","message":"An error has occurred","description":[[{"message":"Parcel range for the customer address: \"1597975\" and depot: \"0151384\" was not found in available parcel ranges)

Please, check with your DPD CZ representative whether you terminated your parcel ranges.
