1. Before you start
Before you start, ensure to have the account credentials on hand in order to start connecting this new carrier. What you need is the Authentication Key. In case you do not know your Authentication Key, ask to your Maersk account manager.
2. Connection steps
Please follow these steps:

Navigate to Carriers and click on Maersk Logo (simply type "Maersk E-Delivery Final Mile" on the search bar to spot it in one sec)

Enter your Authentication Key

Be sure to avoid inserting spaces when you copy and paste, otherwise you will see the error "Invalid Credentials"

Enable the Test Mode if you'd like to make some test shipments. Please keep in mind that this option should be flagged only if you have test credentials, not production credentials!
Please be advised that tracking information are not provided by the carrier, hence Track & Trace update is not available.
3. Errors
You have tried to create a shipment with Insurance, but Insurance is not supported by this carrier
This error means that you tried to create a shipment with insurance coverage, but Maersk does not allow that additional service for this type of shipment.
