Before you start, ensure to have all the account credentials on hand in order to start connecting this new carrier. What you need is: Client number, FTP Username, FTP Password, Local branch.
2. Connection steps
Please follow these steps:

Navigate to Carriers and click on Fercam Logo (simply type "Fercam v2" on the search bar to spot it in one sec)

Enter your Account Number, FTP Username, FTP Password and Local branch.
Be sure that you avoid inserting spaces when you copy and paste, otherwise you will see the error "Invalid Credentials"

Select your service and label type. Remember to ask your Fercam Account Manager which services you are allowed to use. If you'd like to add multiple services, you'll need to create a new connection for each one.
3. Troubleshooting & Errors
The order's update shipment is Unknow
If you don't recive the tracking's update and the shipping aren't traceable, please ask to Fercam whether they recive the Close Work Day and if they save the tracking updates (XML documents) in the From_Fercam folder.
This carrier does not support these destinations. Carrier only allows shipments from/to IT
The Fercam v2 courier doesn't allow the creation of international shipments, only domestic shipments from/to Italy.
