This guide explains how to connect NewCart to ShippyPro in just a few steps.

1. Before you start
Log in to your NewCart admin panel to retrieve your host, the Admin Username and the Password.
2. Connection steps
Copy and paste your data in your ShippyPro account > Marketplaces clicking on NewCart logo.
Remember to add the Secret key to automatically mark orders as shipped and attach the tracking number to them.
If you want, you can also enter a Custom Label to recognize the connection among all the others.
3. Troubleshooting & Errors
What if my orders are not correctly imported once established the connection?
If your orders are not being imported after connecting, open your Marketplace connection settings and update the store URL. Try switching the URL between with or without HTTPS at the beginning of it. If the issue persists, contact ShippyPro Support.
