1. Before you start


You can only connect Lietuvos Pastas to ShippyPro if you have signed an agreement for API access, then we can connect the Carrier to the API. Contact Post.ln in order to allow access to API.

2. Connection steps


Once done, select the Service you're going to employ.


If the service is Package both priority and registered by default, you won't need to select anything.

Pick then your Label Type

And enable Test Mode if you'd like to make some test shipments.

​The "Test Mode" option should be flagged only if you have test credentials, not production credentials!


If you want, you can also enter a Custom Label to recognize the connection among all the others.

4. Troubleshooting & Errors​


If you notice any incorrect information on your labels, you should verify your Carrier Portal Page and make sure all the details are up to date.



If you get this error, check with your contact person whether:

  • The destination in question is supported by the carrier and is included in your contract.

  • If the chosen shipping service is correct for the specific destination, try reprocessing the shipment by selecting a different shipping service from the carrier connection modal (Carriers > Lietuvos Pastas > Edit).
