How to connect GLS Poland to ShippyPro

1. Before you start


To connect GLS Poland to ShippyPro you should ask your GLS Poland Sales Contact your Username + Password, or simply use your ADE+ Credentials.

Once retrieved these pieces of info, you can add them from Carriers > Click on GLS Poland logo:

If you'd like to use the Tracking service, you also need to ask for your T&T Web Service Username and Password.


Select then your Label Type between:

  • PDF

  • ZPL

COD is available only for national shipments and only in case your account is enabled for this option.


International Shipments extra EU are not supported


Please note that the Sender Address needs to be set up from ADE+.

Inside there, you'll be able to use as predefined Sender Address:

  • Your ADE+ address

  • A different address from the one inside ADE+

  • A custom address

If you want, you can also enter a Custom Label to recognize the connection among all the others.

​4. Troubleshooting & Errors

Why does the tracking number on my label have one extra digit at the end?

The extra digit at the end of the tracking number in the label is the checksum for the parcel number. A valid parcel number is 11 digits long - An additional digit is printed on the label to check if the label is printed correctly, it can be ignored as it does not affect the tracking of the shipment.
