How to connect InPost PL to ShippyPro

Here all the steps required to connect your InPost PL account to ShippyPro!

1. Before you start

To connect InPost PL you need to ask for your InPost PL API credentials to your InPost PL Account Manager

2. Connection steps

Once done, add it from Organization ID and Token in Carriers > InPost PL logo.


You'll also be able to tick the Label Type you prefer, choose between:

  • ​PDF

  • ZPL

  • A6

At the moment, we use the Standard service for all shipments. If a drop-off point is selected, we use Locker Standard service. We don’t support any other InPost services (such as Allegro Paczkomat) at the moment.


2. Additional options

Enable the Test Mode if you'd like to make some test shipments.

The "Test Mode" option should be flagged only if you have test credentials, not production credentials!


In case you have a shipment with COD, then Insurance value should be the same or higher than the COD.


InPost PL supports Returns.

3. Troubleshooting & Errors

"Error generating labels: Tracking number not present"

It may be mainly due to three different reasons:

  • Slow InPost response (>60 seconds)

  • The address is incomplete: log in to, then go to the "moje konto" tab and complete the address data there.

  • The Zip Code is incorrect
