How to cancel my Account

We would be sad to see you go, but if you ever decide that ShippyPro isn’t the best shipping platform for your business, follow these steps:

  • delete your Carriers and Marketplace connections

  • cancel any credit card registered to your profile from the Plan section

  • finally go to Settings > Profile and preferences > Security and click on Delete Account

 

💡Note: this action is irreversible.
