Contact OsCommerce support to get the following data: Host, Port, Username, Password.
2. Connection steps
Copy and paste your data in your ShippyPro account > Marketplaces clicking on OsCommerce logo.
You can set your Dbhost on Oscommerce like a “Localhost“ with a local IP, so add your IP address and contact us on our Live Chat 💬 in order to enable it.
3. Specific requirements
To import orders with the status Recibido / Procesando you're required to have an Annual Plan Subscription.
If you want, you can also enter a Custom Label to recognize the connection among all the others.
4.Troubleshooting & Errors
Please note: If you encounter any problems while importing your orders, check for entry errors and/or additional leading and trailing spaces within the DB host, DB username, DB password, and DB name fields.
