To connect Mondial Relay you should ask your Mondial Relay contact to activate API on your Credentials and then add your Username, Password and Customer ID (Only for Dual Carrier API) to Carriers > Connection > Mondial Relay Logo.
📌 Please note that:
USERNAME = Code Enseigne
PASSWORD = Clé Privée
Select then your Mondial Relay Collection Mode (Where shipments are picked-up):
CCC (from the Merchant)
CDR (Single delivery man pick-up at home)
CDS (Special home pick-up)
REL (Point Relais collection)
Fill Customer ID field by asking for it to your MR Sales Person only in case you use Dual Carrier API service, if you will exclusively use Mondial Relay instead, you can leave out this info.
📌 The CCC collection method is not compatible with the LCC delivery method.
REL must be entered in the "ColMode" field.
Label Type gives you the possibility you to choose the correct label format for your printer:
Horizontal A4 PDF with packing slip
Horizontal A4 PDF
Finally choose your Integration Type:
Dual Carrier API
If you want, you can also enter a Custom Label to recognize the connection among all the others.

Please keep in mind that Mondial Relay drop off points are only available for the following countries:
France, Belgium, Luxemburg, Spain, Netherland, Austria and Germany.
