As a first thing, you need to ask CTT for API activation to your CTT account manager by indicating your Agency Code as well as your Client Code.

Please remind to underline to the Carrier that you are going to use ShippyPro as a platform to manage your shipments.

2. Connection steps

 

Once received confirmation a

dd your data from Carriers > CTT Spain Logo.

Include the following credentials:

  • Username (Production User)

  • Password (Production Password)

  • Client Code

  • Agency Client

  • Agency Origin Code (Same as Agency Client Code)

 

Pick your Label Format from:

  • PDF
  • ZPL

5. Troubleshooting & Errors

 

Error Fetching http headers or Service Unavailable

The carrier is experiencing temporary issues with their server. In this case, try to confirm again your shipments a bit later by selecting FIX ORDER, or from Actions > Fix orders in error in bulk.
