Let's see how you can connect Delivengo to ShippyPro in just few steps. 🔍

To connect Delivengo to ShippyPro you need to request the Token and Coclico to your Delivengo Account Manager.

Then add your credentials from Carriers > Connection > Click on Delivengo Logo.

📌 If you face error "Le support '33' n'est pas disponible." o "Le support '50' n'est pas disponible.", check your Account Type from your Delivengo Profile in Carriers > Connection > Edit.

Choose your service among the ones available:

  • Delivengo Suivi (Normal - Conso - Easy)

  • Delivengo Recommande avec AR (Normal)

  • Delivengo Recommande sans AR (Normal)

  • Delivengo Economique (Normal)

  • Delivengo Prioritaire (Normal)

Besides the Account data, you'll also see Label Type option, which gives you the possibility you to choose the correct printer format between:

  • PDF

  • PDF 10x15

  • ZPL

  • Horizontal A4 PDF with packing slip

  • Horizontal A4 PDF

And select your Account Type between:

  • Normal

  • Conso

  • Easy

📌 if case you have Easy account, then you'll need to fill out RUM field too.

  • Test Mode lets you make some test shipments.

⚠️ The "Test Mode" option should be flagged only if you have test credentials, not production credentials!

If you want, you can also enter a Custom Label to recognize the connection among all the others.

How to manage UK shipments 🇬🇧

For your shipments to the United Kingdom, you need to enter the UK EORI number in your MyDelivengo web interface at this page.
