To connect ParcelForce add the following data from Carriers > ParcelForce:

Parcelforce Customer Number (contract number)
Express Link Username
Express Link Password

Remember to disable the Test Mode in order to start shipping with Production Credentials.

4. Troubleshooting & Errors

  • If you'd like to activate tracking activity for your Parcelforce shipments contact us on our live Chat 💬 to enable it.

  • Have you correctly connected Parcelforce but your shipments show no tracking updates?

    1. Connect ParcelForce by requesting Express Link API test credentials to your ParcelForce person.

    2. Once filled the fields from Carriers > ParcelForce and confirmed, you need to create a Test Label, so enable Test Mode from Carriers >ParcelForce > Edit and generate it.

    3. Print and forward a picture of the label directly to the Carrier together with the request to activate SFTP Tracking for ShippyPro to receive Production Credentials and be ready to start tracking your Parcelforce shipments!
