How to connect Estafeta

1. Before you start

Before you start, ensure to have all the information on hand in order to start connecting this new carrier. What you need is: Client ID, Client Secret, Customer Number, Subscriber ID, Sales Organization. You should be able to retrieve this information in your contract with the carrier. If it is not the case, please ask your Estafeta Account Manager.

2. Connection steps

Please follow these steps:

  • Navigate to Carriers and click on Estafeta Logo (simply type "Estafeta" on the search bar to spot it in one sec)

  • Enter your credentials and carrier configuration data:

    • Client ID

    • Client Secret

    • Customer Number

    • Subscriber ID

    • Sales Organization

Be sure that you avoid inserting spaces when you copy and paste, otherwise you will see the error "Invalid Credentials"

  • Select your service and label type. Remember to ask your Estafeta Account Manager which services you are allowed to use. If you'd like to add multiple services, you'll need to create a new connection for each one.

3. Additional Options

Return Document

This service enables you to request proof of delivery for single or multiple shipments by requiring the recipient’s signature on the invoice or an accompanying document, which is provided in a green envelope and positioned as described below:
a) Multiple Service: Place the Return Document on the outside of box one of the shipment, next to the Waybill.
b) Single Service: Place the Green Envelope on the outside of the box, next to the Waybill.
